  • Design development pre-construction assistance. Draft a preliminary project Budget and Schedule.

  • As the Design Documentation is moving towards completion, we forecast a plan to secure regulatory approvals and prepare for bidding.

  • Receive architectural construction documents

    Compile initial project estimate, budget, schedule and project plan.

  • Reconcile estimate of scope with project budget.

    Work with the Owner and Architect to align project scope with budget. If required, make modifications.

  • Assemble and review contents required for regulatory reviews.

    Submit applications to regulatory groups for permitting.

  • Facilitate and manage project throughout the lifecycle of the construction; Digital software platform that tracks all project communications and content

  • Assist in outstanding design decisions and selections; Drawings, 3D visualizations, finish materials and color palates

  • Daily onsite Project Management and Supervision by industry professionals. Realtime recording

  • Facilitate owner, architect, CM field reviews to sign-off on workmanship complete
